Got the DVD this week and I think it's a great. I consider myself fit but the exercises are challenging- though can be adapted to any level and you have a great coaching manner. I also like the straight forward attitude of accepting the cellulite rather than resenting it and therefore making leg care a part of your daily routine like cleaning your teeth.

I do love the work out in the DVD and have already started talking about it to all my friends. I'm 5'6" 118lbs - I wasn't looking to loose any weight but I was really looking for a DVD that work out the areas that I have most interest in (the lower body) - and I've found the perfect workout program now!

I absolutely love the DVD. It is so informative, and I can't tell you how many times I have watched it already.

I'm 35 years old, a stay at home mom, and have two children ages 3 and 11 months. I have fought cellulite since my middle 20's. After giving birth to my son, I was on a mission to gather as much information as I could about cellulite and get rid of it once and for all. I'm very dedicated to doing cardio 5-6 days a week. I cross-train between jumping rope and running. The running is new for me. Been doing it for a month now. What has been so frustrating is that no matter how much cardio I do, my cellulite is still there. So I started to add in strength training to my routine. Then I found your DVD. It was perfect timing.

First of all, you have beautiful, feminine, muscular legs. You are a perfect role model to make me get my butt in the basement and do that workout! Thanks for the motivation.

Diet

I have included pomegranate juice to my diet, but I need to do some searching for goji berries. I eat pretty healthy overall, but you got me on the sugar. One word - CHOCOLATE! That's going to be tough to give that up. How did you do it???!!!

Exercise

The exercises are awesome. I always came all the way up when I did a squat/lunge. Oh my gosh can you feel the burn when you don't let that muscle relax!

Stretching/Massaging

I'm totally enjoying these two elements. I have never spent that much time devoted to these two. The stretching before and after cardio and that's it. Never massaging. I love it. The light bulb went off when you said that this should be part of your routine every morning and night, just like brushing your teeth.

Thank you for making this wonderful DVD for us to benefit from. I will be persistent, and I hope to God I see the results. I just want my cellulite gone!
