2. Exercise
With the DVD, you'll learn the industry's best leg & glute exercises that can be performed at home and without weights. For true results, we recommend doing the exercises three times a week for twenty minutes each time. When you've learned the moves and their proper technique, you may mix the exercises to create your own routine, increasing the reps AND sets, as long as your routine last for at least twenty minutes.
3. Nutrition
Each DVD comes with a plastic food card (the size of a credit card). It's not a diet. It's nothing out of the ordinary. It's just a suggested daily food plan that will help you get to your body's leanest and healthiest state, while keeping your energy level up and consistent without daily dips or mood swings created by nutritional imbalances. It's great to refer to when grocery shopping and/or eating out. In the DVD, you'll hear from Dr. Murad on how certain foods can help reduce or even contribute to cellulite. You'll also hear from clinical nutritionist, Dr. Jack Tips on proper nutrition. Proper nutrition is the key to the success of any fitness goal.
4. Increase Blood Flow & Circulation
In the DVD, Dr. Murad illustrates what causes cellulite and how proper circulation is important for preventing and reducing it. You will learn stretches and circulating techniques that improve the circulation in the problem areas. For the most effective results, we recommend stretching and circulating five to seven days a week, for five to ten minutes each time.

The Love Your Legs program does NOT promote any special "cream" or anything unnatural. We are about improving the body inside out, and giving it the proper care it needs. We do suggest applying a moisturizer of your choice to your legs on a daily basis, even if you do not have time to circulate or stretch. Treat the skin on your legs like the skin on our face. We recommend moisturizers that contain Vitamin E, collagen & elastin and other nutrients (in the DVD, Dr. Murad discusses how certain nutrients and foods can help with cellulite prevention and reduction).
